noyauЯ продолжаю биться головой об Эльзевир. Мне пишут разнообразные индусы (я даже посмотрела в google earth где там у них штаб).
В таком вот духе: "I would like to introduce myself as the journal manager for JQSRT. I see that you have contacted Mr. Jarold regarding corrections to your paper. I request you to explain the concern to me in detail so that I can action on it and get this clarified."
... я уже четыре раза объясняла, в чем проблема. А вот и ныне там. По-моему, они просто издеваются, смотрят насколько меня еще хватит. Или совсем уж косорукие.
